This section is for you, not the prospect. These are negotiation levers — services we already provide but can be presented as value-adds during the deal.

Psychological Value-Adds (Zero Cost to Us)

These are always included regardless of what the contract says. Use them as negotiation chips — toggle them on as a concession when the prospect pushes back on price. It costs us nothing but feels like a win for them.

White Glove Email Support We always respond to emails with full attention. Toggling this on adds "$150/mo value" to the package. Use it: "I'm going to include our white glove email support for you — normally that's a $150 add-on."
Ad-Hoc Calls & Urgent Comms We always pick up the phone for urgent issues — account suspensions, regulatory letters, performance drops. Toggling this on adds "$150/mo value." Use it: "I'm also adding our priority communication line — phone and text for anything urgent."
Monthly Strategy Call We do strategy calls with every client. Toggling this on adds "$250/mo value." Use it: "Let me throw in a dedicated monthly strategy call — that's one-on-one with your strategist every month to review performance and plan ahead."
Detailed Monthly Report We produce detailed reports for all clients. Default is "Basic" (PDF dashboard only). Sliding to "Full" adds the detailed report for "$300/mo value." How to Use This on a Call

  1. Start with the configured price (defaults unchecked). Present it as the base package.
  2. If the prospect pushes back on price → don't drop the price. Instead, toggle these on one by one: "Tell you what — let me add in our white glove support and priority communication line. That's $300/mo in value I'm including."
  3. If they need a lower price → use delivery cadence and service reductions (the real cost levers). Then add value-adds back: "I moved you to a 2-month cadence to hit your budget, but I'm keeping the strategy calls and detailed reporting in there for you."
  4. The prospect feels like they negotiated a better deal. You gave away nothing that costs us anything.

Real Cost Levers (Actually Affect Margin)

Ad Tests Each ad test = real creative production hours. Reducing from 2x to 1x saves real money but hurts optimization speed.
Video / Graphic Design Real production cost. Removing video entirely is a significant margin saver but limits creative options.
Delivery Cadence Extending to 2 or 3 months reduces our monthly workload proportionally. Good lever for budget-constrained prospects.
Setup Fee Real onboarding cost. Reducing it is a one-time concession — use as a closing lever: "I can waive $500 off setup if we close this week."
Add-Ons AI creative, Google, email management are all real services with real cost. Only add if the prospect needs and will pay for them.
